• The team designing your system may be the same team installing it, with no second set of eyes on either step.

• "We're a little behind, but we'll catch up on-site" is often code for skipped QA.

• A rushed cutover doesn't show up as a problem on day one. It shows up six months later as a dead room, a support ticket nobody can diagnose, or a display that never worked right to begin with.

The fix isn't asking your integrator to hire faster. It's building in a second set of eyes that isn't tied to their install schedule or their install margin — someone who reviews the design before it's built and verifies the work after it's done, independent of who benefits from cutting a corner.
